The story so far...

Since the South Tower Residents Association was established in March 2020, we have effectively worked with Zenith Management (NW) Ltd, our Managing Agent, we have effectively introduced the following positive changes:

• Established 24 security officers
• CCTV (possible fob access) in lifts
• Car access barrier on Owen Street to prevent illegal parking
• Liaising with the local police to increase presence in the area
• Recommended security and COVID 19 protocols
• Scrutinised service charge
• Liaising with the local fire services, specifically Greater Management Fire and Rescue Service to ensure the correct protocols are in place
