The development
South Tower
Standing at 201m tall, Deansgate Square South Tower is the tallest building amongst the development, and also the tallest building in England outside of London.
Therefore, as the tallest building in Manchester it now towers over everything else in Manchester.
With 64 apartment floors, excluding our mezzanine and upper floor of the duplex penthouses, the views up top are truly spectacular.
The tea room and garden
The tea room features a beautiful private dining area so you and your friends can enjoy food, relax and have fun.
With a multi-purpose tap for hot water, chocolate, and coffee available all at very reasonable prices it should be one of the first things you try out.
The salon (our private dining area) has its own room with glass to keep the light flowing through whilst you host a very special dinner party but also has curtains on both sides to make it suitable for private meetings, or a truly private dining experience.
But, let's not forget our beautiful garden area, located on top of the Club. Gorgeous decorations and even a couple of table tennis tables to play on. It really is one of the most relaxing places to enjoy yourself.
The club
Our club boasts a luxurious experience for pampering yourself. The swimming pool area is great for a swim or a relaxation in the jacuzzi with other residents.
The gym itself is situated over two floors, and offers all of the machines, weights, and facilities you would expect in a modern gym.
Additonally, we have rooms for yoga and similar workout sessions, such as Spinning - either on your own or as part of a class.
Finally, you do not want to miss out on our amazing multi-purpose sports hall - used for Basketball, indoor five-a-side, or tennis. Whatever you want to make of it, you won't be disappointed.

Our friends
Currently only South and West Tower have completed. Owned by Legal and General, our West Tower friends have an opportunity to be part of the Deansgate Square development by renting their apartment directly. No private landlord options exist there, so if you are looking for an investment opportunity then why not look more into South Tower and see what could be available?
Our North and East Tower friends are due for completion in 2021. Once they do, we will have more information!
