The association was formed to represent the people who live in or own apartments within Manchester's Deansgate Square South Tower, and to make sure that the interests of the owners is managed and protected by the owners, working in an equal partnership with both the Management Company and their Agents.

We regularly hold meetings both online and in Manchester of the South Tower Resident's Association, within the grounds of Deansgate Square, to give updates about your service charges, security, maintenance and repairs, health club, and further updates on the Great Jackson Street Development, part of Renaker redevelopment of Manchester City Centre.

Owner Occupiers
Deansgate square is home to many owner occupiers, people who wish to buy an apartment within the development and reside in it too. The beautiful layout makes it an attractive place to live, and buying opens up an opportunity to become part of a community of Manchester residents.
Investors
We work with many investors, both locally in Manchester and nationally from London to Scotland, and internationally with members in Hong Kong and China. Our Hong Kong and China members even have their own exclusive WhatsApp and WeChat groups. We have committee members who are multi-lingual, covering Mandarin, Cantonese, and Arabic to make sure everything can be translated for your convenience.
Tenants
The South Tower Resident's Association does not only welcome people that have bought apartments here, we also have some wonderful tenants as members of both the association and committee. When you pay your rent you are helping your landlord maintain their investment. When you grab a tea or coffee in the tea room, you are contributing to our ambiance. It is your presence that defines us.
